Patti Pawlik-Perales is a communications specialist with Alamo Heights ISD. She has been a TSPRA member for 20 years and a NSPRA member for 10 years. Patti’s involvement began as a co-chair of the first Television Track for the TSPRA Annual Conference and continued through the years as she chaired and co-chaired more than 10 TSPRA and NSPRA committees. Additionally, she has presented at many TSPRA conferences and workshops. She previously served as the San Antonio vice president.
Patti is a graduate of Texas Tech University where she earned her degree in speech communications. Her first school PR job was as manager for Brownsville ISD's TV station. Patti served there for nine years before taking a job at San Benito CISD as the district's community relations television liaison. In 2008 she moved to her current position at Alamo Heights ISD.
One of her main accomplishments during her term as TSPRA president was to revitalize the association's Celebrate Texas Public Schools Campaign.
