Denise Blanchard

Denise Blanchard has been the Program Director of Community Partnerships at Amarillo ISD since 2000. She has been a member of TSPRA for 13 years, serving as the Northwest Area Vice President since 2010 and on the TSPRA nominating committee in 2009. Blanchard has also led workshops and roundtable sessions at the TSPRA annual conference and helped host a number of Ammerman workshops in her area. Blanchard is active in the Amarillo community, serving on numerous foundation and non-profit boards, and has been honored for her volunteer efforts by organizations such as Kids, Inc. and the Amarillo Chamber of Commerce.
