 CTPS Video Contest Sponsor:  $5000   [2017-2018 Sponsor - Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union]

  • Exclusive title/naming rights for the 2018 CTPS Student Video Contest.
  • TSPRA to disperse cash awards payable directly to the winning campuses.
  • Sponsor presence and involvement at awards ceremonies when and where appropriate.
  • Sponsor logo/link prominently displayed on CTPS landing page on TSPRA website and on CTPS designated website at www.celebratetps.org and all CTPS related print materials and visual and electronic components.

  • Sponsor logo to appear on water bottles provided at the 2018 Conference along with CTPS logo/theme and to be distributed directly from sponsor’s booth.
  • Sponsor presence and involvement at scheduled media events when and where appropriate.
  • Sponsor logo/link prominently displayed on CTPS landing page on TSPRA website and on CTPS designated website at www.celebratetps.org and all CTPS related print materials and visual and electronic components related to CTPS Week.
  • Year round recognition by means of TSPRA tweets, Facebook mentions, website postings, email blasts and newsletter articles related to the 2018 CTPS Student Video Contest and exclusively during the CTPS Social Media Blast on March 2, 2018, along with other scheduled events/activities.

 Key Communicator Award Sponsor:  $3500   [2017-2018 Sponsor - West (SchoolMessenger Solutions]

  • This is TSPRA's highest honored award. The recipient may be a legislator, educator, professional in another field or member of TSPRA. The winner is announced in July of each year.
  • The Key Communicator is recognized during a general session at the annual TASA/TASB Fall Superintendent Conference where attendance is approximately 6000 yearly and about 3000-3500 attendees attend the general sessions (currently scheduled for Friday, October 6, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. in Dallas).
  • Organization's name and logo is printed on the plaque, mentioned during the awards ceremony, and a representative from organization stands with the TSPRA president and executive director during the awards ceremony and hands the plaque to the Key Communicator.
  • Organization's name and logo will be printed on all communications regarding the award. (The press release announcing this award is sent to over 1000 districts, individuals, associations and organizations, websites, newspapers, radio, and television outlets).
  • Organization’s name and logo included on the mega screen slide show in entrance area of TASA/TASB Convention showcasing the SOTY SBOTY, and Key Communicator.
  • Organization will assist in the introduction of the Key Communicator at the 2018 TSPRA Conference.
  • Organization is provided five minutes of podium time to mention organization and products during the TSPRA general session when the Key Communicator is recognized.
  • Organization’s representative is photographed with the award recipient and appears on the TSPRA website from October 2017-September 2018.
  • Organization has first right of refusal for the 2018-2019 sponsorship.

 NSPRA Scholarship Sponsor:  $2500 

  • Sponsoring organization’s logo and name to appear top center of all TSPRA communications regarding the scholarship.
  • Recipient must meet eligibility requirements determined by the 2017-2018 Scholarship Committee and approved by the Executive Committee.
  • Scholarship opportunity is available to all TSPRA members meeting qualifications.
  • TSPRA will take responsibility for NSPRA Conference registration process and fees not to exceed regular rate of $750.
  • Recipient will be responsible for travel arrangements to include transportation, lodging, and meals at personal or district expense.
  • TSPRA agrees to provide reimbursement of travel expenses within ten days of receiving receipts not to exceed $1750.
  • Recipient agrees to provide 300-500 word article with photos for the 2018 August TSPRA eNewsletter.
  • Signage will be provided at 2018 TSPRA Conference.
  • TSPRA Conference program will include space to publicize 2018 NSPRA Scholarship.
  • Three minutes of podium time will be allotted to representative during the final day of the TSPRA Conference.
  • Organization has first right of refusal for the 2018-2019 sponsorship. 

 TSPRA Conference Scholarship Sponsor:  3 available at $1,500 each 

  • Sponsoring organization’s logo and name to appear top center of all TSPRA communications regarding the scholarships.
  • Recipient must meet eligibility requirements determined by the 2017-2018 Scholarship Committee and approved by the Executive Committee.
  • Scholarship opportunity is available to all TSPRA members meeting qualifications.
  • TSPRA will take responsibility for TSPRA Conference registration process along with hotel arrangements at conference hotel with upgraded accomodations.
  • Recipient will be responsible for travel arrangements to include transportation, and meals at personal or district expense.
  • TSPRA agrees to provide reimbursement of travel expenses within ten days of receiving receipts not to exceed $500.
  • Recipient agrees to serve on 2018-2019 TSPRA Committee.
  • Signage will be provided at 2018 TSPRA Conference.
  • TSPRA Conference program will include recognition of scholarship sponsor and recipient.
  • Organization's representative is photographed with the scholarship recipient and appears on the TSPRA website from February 2018-January 2019.
  • Organization has first right of refusal for the 2018-2019 sponsorship.

 Email Blast Sponsor:  $2000     [West (SchoolMessenger Solutions]

  • Sponsoring organization’s logo and name to appear top center of all TSPRA email blasts, resulting in a minimum of 40 blasts yearly.
  • Opportunity for sponsor to submit maximum of four articles for weekly e-newsletter (maximum of 300 words each).
  • Quarterly mentions in weekly e-newsletter recognizing email blast sponsor.
  • Maximum of 10 email blasts to membership showcasing products and services (with 24 hour notice to prepare blasts).
  • Organization has first right of refusal for 2018-2019 sponsorship.

 TSPRA Award Sponsor: six award sponsorships available at $1,000 each

  • TSPRA recognizes members and the media annually with six awards:  Bright Idea Award, Rookie of the Year, Most Valuable TSPRA Member, Professional Achievement Award, Media Award and Partner in Public Education Award (new in 2018)   (Organization may select the award of preference and may choose to sponsor multiple awards).
  • Organization's name and logo appears on award plaques.
  • Organization's name is referenced with the award in print and during awards ceremonies that take place during conference general sessions averaging 500 in attendance.
  • Organization's representative is photographed with the awards recipients and appears on the TSPRA website from February 2018-January 2019.
  • Photograph of award recipient with organization’s representative appears along side organization’s logo in TSPRA newsletter during spring 2018 acknowledging sponsorship.
  • Representative of the organization is present at the annual conference and assists with the naming of the recipients and presentation of awards. (Names of winners remain confidential and are surprised with the announcement at the conference).
  • Organization has first right of refusal for the 2018-2019 sponsorship.

 TSPRA Executive Committee (Board) Meal Sponsor:  three at $1,000 each   [October 2017 Sponsor - Panorama; February & June 2018 still available]

  • TSPRA EC meets three times yearly (Fall, February, June).
  • Sponsoring organization is invited to the board meeting and allowed 15-30 minutes of presentation time with the TSPRA Executive Committee (EC).
  • Informal interaction with the EC can be as long as the representative wants to be in attendance.
  • Meal sponsor is allowed to share promotional items and offer promotional items for area meetings.
  • Organization’s name is printed on EC agenda and thank you recognition appears in weekly e-newsletter with the board summary in the weeks following the sponsored meeting.   
  • NOTE:  Area vice-presidents take advantage of this opportunity to share information with members within their respective areas.

 Crystal Award for Star Awards:  $1,000

  • Presented at the annual Star Awards Celebration, held in February during TSPRA's annual conference, these awards provide recognition for the outstanding communications efforts of our members.
  • Ten Crystal Awards are awarded for multifaceted promotional programs or campaigns employing a variety of media and encompassing well-defined goals, strategies or activities. One award is given for each of the following 10 categories:  (1) Video Portfolio, (2) Photography Portfolio, (3) Bond Election, (4) Parent Involvement/Volunteer Program, (5) Staff/Student Recognition, (6) School/Community Partnership, (7) District/Association Special Event/Celebration (8) Foundation/Partnership Special Event, (9) Foundation Annual Campaign, (10) Marketing Portfolio [new for 2017-18].
  • Organization’s name appears on all ten-award iceberg awards.
  • Organization’s name and logo are referenced with the awards in print and during awards ceremonies including press releases sent to local media outlets. 
  • Organization’s name/logo appears with the award recipients’ photos that appear in TSPRA newsletters during spring 2018.
  • Organization has first right of refusal for the 2018-2019 sponsorship.

 Platinum Award for Star Awards:  $750

  • Presented at the annual Star Awards Celebration, held in February during TSPRA's annual conference, this award provides recognition for the outstanding communications efforts of our members.
  • The Platinum Award is TSPRA’s highest award for excellence in a total public relations program.
  • Organization’s name appears on the award.
  • Organization’s name is referenced with the award in print and during awards ceremonies including press releases sent to local media outlets.
  • Organization’s name/logo appears with the award recipient’s photo that appears in TSPRA newsletters during spring 2018.
  • Organization has first right of refusal for the 2018-2019 sponsorship.
