This session will cover various strategies for strengthening your foundation.

• Vision Casting for your Foundation—A must for all successful foundations—key components, tips, and suggestions for conducting your own vision casting workshop with your board
• Building relationships that produce results—engaging your constituents through communications and programs. What is the latest, greatest and cheapest way to stay in touch with prospective donors?
• Estate and planned gifts—influencing ultimate outcomes, you can do it!—A beginners tour of three important planned giving programs you can implement.
• Alumni and staff campaigns done right—two fundamental constituent fundraisers for the K-12 foundation
• How do you know if you are successful? The new math of K-12 foundation work
