Online Application to Present

Deadline to submit presentations: Friday, September 12, 2008

Thank you for your interest in presenting at TSPRA's Annual Conference.
This year Skill Sessions will be 60 minutes long and Roundtable presentations will be 20 minutes each, presented three times.

Online Application to Present:
Please scroll through this application and have all the information necessary to complete the form before you start this process. If you leave the form before it is complete, by closing the browser or going to another site, you will have to start the application process again.

Requirements:
  • Only online or electronic applications will be accepted (no hard copy)
  • Presenter agrees to the terms of the application:
  1. TSPRA supplies a screen in every room. An LCD projector will be provided, if requested in this form. Presenters need to be prepared to provide all other equipment (i.e. computers, VCRs, video equipment, monitors).
  2. Live internet is not provided for sessions.
  3. Most rooms are set theater style with a head table and two chairs.
  4. Presenter will provide sufficient handouts for sessions.
  5. Presenter is expected to pay conference registration fee, and all travel, meals and hotel accommodation expenses.
  6. TSPRA's acceptance of an application does not mean the presenter is registered for the conference. All presenters are expected to pay the conference registration fee.

As the main presenter, you understand that all requested information must be submitted for this application to be considered, but that completion of this application does not guarantee its selection as a session at the conference. By submitting this application, you verify that you agree to and understand all requirements. TSPRA reserves the right to edit all submitted text.

If your application is accepted, you will have the opportunity to make changes to the application (revise description, change co-presenters, etc.) at a later date. You will receive notification regarding the acceptance/rejection of your application by Friday, October 31, 2008.
