CTPS/TPSW Kit Order Form Download your order form here. Order form must accompany your purchase order or check. Purchase orders and other orders sent in without the Order Form will not be filled. TSPRA is the sole source provider of the kit, which is available as a packet of materials or on a CD. The kit order form was mailed to all public school campuses, superintendents, TSPRA members and any one who ordered our kit last year. Orders are taken from October through mid-March. Kits are available and shipped from early January through the end of September each year. If you plan to use the kit to celebrate during Texas Public Schools Week be sure to order by January 31 of the year you plan to use your kit..
