• What is the Document Vault?
The Document Vault is an invaluable resource for public schools and education foundations by making available online hundreds of documents that have been successfully produced and used by school public relations professionals.

• What is in the Document Vault?
Hundreds of examples of school district communications from speeches to annual reports, from handbooks to newsletters, from letters to proclamations, contributed by TSPRA members throughout Texas.

• Who has access to the Document Vault?
As a membership benefit, all TSPRA Professional and Associate members have access to the Document Vault. So we encourage you to become a $75 TSPRA Associate Member. However, if for some reason you do not wish to do this, you may pay the annual $75 fee and have access only to the Vault.
Click here to go to join TSPRA or purchase Document Vault access.

• Why is it valuable?
Many small school districts do not have staff members whose duties are dedicated to producing school communications. Yet these districts still have numerous communication demands. The Document Vault provides examples that meet these demands and that have been successfully used at other school districts.

• How do I use the Document Vault?
TSPRA’s Document Vault is password protected and all documents are in easily downloadable formats (.doc and .pdf).  After going online and registering for either the $75 fee for an Associate Membership or a Document Vault subscription and completing the necessary online information forms with a password that you provide, you will have access to the Vault located on TSPRA’s website, www.tspra.org.

• What are some of the documents available through the Document Vault?
Sample letters, annual reports, manuals, handbooks, announcements, planners, invitations, dedications, ads, speeches, crisis communications, district brochures, fact sheets and flyers are just some of the documents available in the Vault. New materials, created by TSPRA members, are submitted throughout the years while older documents are removed.
